Capital Works projects £2,501-£20,000 (max rate 50% of eligible costs)
Applications are open to formally constituted, community-managed, autonomous, not-for-profit organisations that serve local community interests
Funding is available for
- New or improved community facilities
- Building, renovation and refurbishment works
- Land purchase and project-related professional fees
- Fixtures, equipment and non-recoverable VAT
- Delivering capital works to improve accessibility (eg ramps) or to increase use (eg floodlights, walking paths)
All applications must be submitted by 12 noon on Friday 16 October 2026
