| Community FLEX Programme The Community FLEX Programme supports registered Northern Ireland charities with an income of £500,000 or less that have at least one year of published annual returns. Funding prioritises charities supporting people most in need, including those experiencing poverty, unemployment, disability or mental ill health. Funding can support: -Staff and core costs -Equipment and materials -Transport and volunteer expenses -Training and activities Community, health, disability and employability services Applications are open year-round, subject to available funding.
