Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough (ABC) Council is calling on residents to share their views on a new Age Friendly Strategy and three-year Action Plan for the area. Led by the ABC Age Friendly Alliance – comprising of representatives from council, key stakeholders and older people – the strategy and action plan will work to ensure all residents in the borough can live in security, enjoy good health, continue to participate fully in society, and feel valued and respected – regardless of age.

The ABC Age Friendly Strategy and Action Plan has been developed following extensive consultation with people aged 50 and over living in the borough of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon, and aims to benefit everyone living, working and visiting the area as they grow older.

Now open, the Age Friendly Strategy and three-year Action Plan survey will close on Friday 15 July.
